In a consultancy appointment, we provide the advice, design, documentation, coordination and construction-stage support in the agreed scope. In a turnkey package, we take on the agreed design, procurement and execution as a single package, through to handover. Either way, the appointment sets out who is responsible for each part of the work.

Fees and costs depend on the scope, project scale, available site information, required disciplines and deliverables. The brief and responsibilities need to be defined before commercial terms can be agreed. For turnkey work, the specifications, inclusions and exclusions also form part of that discussion.

The programme depends on the scope, site readiness, design decisions, statutory permissions, procurement and execution requirements. Milestones and dependencies are agreed for the individual project. Completion times mentioned in past client feedback describe those particular engagements, rather than a standard delivery period.

Yes, where it is part of the appointment. Our team prepares and coordinates the documentation, supports submissions to the authorities and responds to their observations. Review periods and decisions rest with the authorities, so we plan the programme around them.

The points of contact and reporting rhythm are agreed at the outset. Proposed changes are reviewed for their effect on design, cost and programme, with the agreed instruction recorded before it is incorporated into the work.

Handover requirements depend on the engagement. They may include completion records, relevant drawings, testing and commissioning information, and operating documentation for the agreed package. Outstanding items and any post-handover support are addressed according to the contract.
